Payment
On checkout, you will be given three payment options: credit/debit card, cheque, or direct transfer. If you choose to pay by cheque or direct transfer, you will be emailed a copy of your invoice and payment details. Once funds have cleared, we will dispatch your order.Shipping
Orders will normally be shipped within one working day of receipt of payment. Standard tracked is a 48 hour service, and express shipping is a 24 hour service. Orders placed before 1pm using express shipping should arrive the next business day.
Where possible, we try to minimize shipping costs and packing materials by consolidating orders into single cartons. Cutlery will still be sealed in unmixed bags of 50 items. Please make a note in the 'extra order information' field at checkout if you would prefer that we do not pack your shipment in this way.
Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the cart according to your order.
